Did You Know?

According to the University of New Mexico, a previously untrained individual can increase his or her resting metabolic rate by 6-8% after just 10-16 weeks of weight training, three times a week.

If you are unsure of how to get started with weight training, try personal training.  Together we can design a program that is both safe and effective!
